"Redefining Real Estate"!

The Kuehl Group, Inc. combines traditional real estate brokerage with today's technology and marketing techniques and strategic partnering with other real estate affiliates to create a concierge of services for your every need.  Our greatest asset is our people: our team, our affiliates, our clients, you!  Our motto defines this:  "Discover the Difference - We Invest in People!"

We supplement our high-touch philosophy, with a high tech edge.  This website is for you.  It is a multi-purpose site.

I strive to provide you with real estate buying, selling, and investing information and will constantly be adding articles and resources for your benefit.  This site is currently in development.  In the meantime, please call or email us for any information we can provide that may not yet be website content.  The list is endless from how to appeal your taxes to how to buy and sell investment property through tax-deferred 1031 exchanges and Green Building.

Another purpose of this site is to feature my listings for sale in addition to the individual websites I publish for each listing by address as a unique service to my Sellers.

Last, but not least, this website is to provide you with the ability to search the entire Chicagoland and Northern Illinois database.  Feel free to click the link below.  However, be aware that if you contact me directly with your search criteria, I will format your own personal search website for your exclusive use.   This site will be connected directly to the MLS and will email you properties that match your criteria as they come on the market.  The personal search website that I will customize and create for you is highly prefered by my clients.
